Welkom bij de truffelceremonies op Landgoed Energy Up
In een prachtige yurt, midden in de rustgevende natuur van Flevoland, nodig ik je uit om een innerlijke reis te maken. Omringd door de elementen water, aarde, vuur en lucht creëren we een veilige en gedragen bedding waarin je mag zakken in jezelf. Deze elementen ondersteunen je om dieper te voelen, los te laten en te transformeren. Deze ceremonie is zo bijzonder omdat we reizen in een kleine intieme groep van maximaal 4 deelnemers. Er is veel ruimte voor persoonlijke aandacht en afstemming.
De kracht van intentie
Alles is energie. Ook de magische truffel draagt een specifieke frequentie die resoneert met de intentie die jij neerzet voor jouw reis. Deze intentie is vaak verbonden aan iets waar je nu in je leven mee worstelt of naar verlangt. Voorafgaand aan de ceremonie nemen we tijd om jouw intentie in het 'veld' te zetten. Tijdens de reis zul je precies ontvangen wat jij op dat moment nodig hebt. De ervaring kan op fysiek, emotioneel, mentaal en/of spiritueel niveau doorwerken.
Voor wie is een truffelceremonie geschikt?
Voor iedereen die van binnenuit de roep voelt en zich openstelt voor diepe transformatie. Vaak heb je al ervaring met innerlijk werk, zoals meditatie, yoga, ademwerk, dans, lichaamswerk, therapie of coaching. Je weet daardoor hoe je jezelf kunt dragen tijdens een intense ervaring. Een truffelceremonie kan een volgende, diepere stap zijn op jouw pad van bewustwording en heling.

Energy Up Estate - Zeewolde
Surrounded by water, earth, fire and air you imagine yourself in the middle of Flevo nature. The ceremony is held in a beautiful yurt. Because you are surrounded by the elements, it will be easier to sink into yourself.
Overnight stay: There is a possibility to stay overnight after the ceremony. (No extra costs)
Practical Information
This fully catered course consists of:
(Online) intake session of 30 min. During this session we get to know each other, discuss your intention and I answer any questions you may have.
Ceremonial day. We start at 11am and end at 8pm with a light organic meal
(Online) Integration session of half an hour. Where we look together at your received insights and how you can integrate these into your daily life.
Costs:
This fully catered program costs €350,- including VAT. This includes online intake, fully catered ceremonial day including organic meal and (online) integration session.
Overnight stay in the yurt is possible (no additional charge)
A preparatory email and intake form with personal screening (regarding medication and background) are part of this process.
