A truffle ceremony takes you beyond the mind, into your body to your subconscious. This allows you to heal and transform deep-seated issues in 1 ceremony. A truffle ceremony is not for everyone. It can be a life-changing experience and work deeply into your body, heart and soul. If you feel the call from your heart, you are ready for it.
The truffle is part of nature and symbolizes reconnecting with our own nature: Heart, soul or authentic self often called. That is where the healing takes place. A ceremony with truffles can work on many levels, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
Welcome to the truffle ceremonies that I facilitate at Noay's Ark. During the ceremony we travel to a beautiful retreat in the middle of nature. The elements will help you to sink deeper into yourself. So that you will make a deeply transformative journey inward from a safe bedding.

Dit volledig verzorgde retreat bestaat uit een: ​
1. Voorbereidingsvideo en optioneel intakegesprek. Tijdens het intakegesprek maken we kennis met elkaar, hoor ik graag meer over je achtergrond en intentie. Ook is er ruimte voor vragen. Het intakegesprek is online via Google Meets.
2. Ceremoniële dag. We starten om 11 uur met sharing, meditatie en lichaamswerk. De ceremonie zal plaatsvinden van ongeveer 13 tot 18 uur. We eindigen de dag met een licht biologische maaltijd en sharing en ronden de dag rond 20 uur af. *Ik werk met de groepsenergie in het moment. Tijden kunnen licht afwijken van bovenstaande informatie.
3. Integratiesessie. Deze workshop van 1.5 uur zal plenair en online plaatsvinden, een week na de ceremonie. We maken gebruik van creatieve therapie om de ceremonie dieper te integreren in het dagelijks leven. Samen schrijven we jouw nieuwe verhaal.

🌱 Begeleiding door zeer ervaren facilitators. Jantien de Bood zal aanwezig zijn als spaceholder, jullie begeleiden met ademwerk en muziek maken met haar klanken en gitaar.
