Welcome to the truffle ceremonies I facilitate at Noy's Ark in Leusden. A truffle ceremony takes you beyond the mind, into your body, to your subconscious. This allows you to heal and transform deep-seated issues in a single ceremony. For many people, a ceremony is a life-changing experience because it penetrates the root of your personal issues. You shine a light on deep-seated issues, allowing you to see yourself and life in a different perspective and heal at a cellular level. This creates space for your authentic path, strength, and potential.

Overnight stays at the retreat location are available after the ceremony for a small additional fee.

What’s included in this fully guided retreat:
1. Preparation & Optional Intake

A preparation video to guide you before the ceremony.

Optional online intake session via Google Meets, where we get to know each other, explore your intentions, and answer any questions.
2. Ceremonial Day

Starts at 11:00 AM with sharing, meditation, and bodywork.

The truffle ceremony is scheduled approximately 1:30 PM to 6:30 PM.

The day concludes with a light, organic meal and group sharing, ending around 8:30 PM.
I work with the group energy in the moment, so times may vary slightly.
3. Integration Session

A 1.5-hour online workshop, one week after the ceremony.

Using creative therapy, we explore how to integrate your ceremony experience into daily life.

Together, we co-create your new story and anchor your inner experiences.

Facilitated by embodied facilitators. Karlijn will facilitate the day with great passion and eight years of experience in the field. Jantien de Bood will be present as a spaceholder, guiding you through breathwork and making music with her sounds and guitar.

About me:
After a Master's degree in Human Resource Development and a life in the corporate world as an entrepreneur, my heart stopped. A different path lay before me. After many inner journeys with plant medicines and receiving various visions, I could not turn back: bringing psychedelic therapy to the Western world is what I'm here to do.
I have been working with groups for 8 years now and have been able to guide more than 600 people on inner journeys in a completely authentic way.
I have a background in psychedelic therapy, holistic therapy, coaching, tantra yoga, breathwork, reiki, inner child work, silent practice, and meditation. I integrate all of this into my work as a holistic therapist and ceremony leader, and I do so with enormous dedication and devotion.
