The Initiation Journey for Women is a deeply transformative journey back to your heart, soul, and true potential. In sisterhood, we descend from the head into the body—to heal, remember, and celebrate who you truly are.
The Initiation Journey for Women is a three-month program for women who are ready to truly choose the true path of their heart and soul. It's for women who yearn to sink deeper into their bodies and are ready to come home to themselves and their true potential.
The journey was developed by and for women. Because the power of women together is magical, wise, deep, and healing.
In three gatherings—a preparation day, a truffle ceremony, and an integration day—we journey together in sisterhood. Each month, we meet at a beautiful retreat near Utrecht.
We are mainly going to experience.
Out of the head, into the body.

The Program
Online Introductory Call
During the free, no-obligation introductory meeting, we'll get to know each other. You'll gain deeper insight into your intentions for the journey and have the opportunity to ask questions. After the call, you can finally decide whether you want to participate in the initiation journey.

Creating a safe environment in sisterhood
Gain clear insight into your personal intention for the journey, your heart's desire, and the underlying pain.
Connecting with the power of women through connecting exercises and authentic relating
Sink deeper into your body through dance and music
Organic lunch and moments in nature to land in yourself
After this day you will be completely ready to embark on the truffle journey with yourself and as a group of women, attuned to each other.
Day 2 – The Truffle Ceremony

A truffle ceremony* is a deeply transformative inner journey in which you receive insights and healing on life themes.
Karlijn guides you with over eight years of experience in transformative ceremonies. Fleur Fiona, musician and music therapist, provides the musical accompaniment to the ceremony. With her deep, rich, and intuitive sounds, she takes you on a healing sound journey.

Day 3 – Integration & Writing a New Story

Integration is a crucial component because it creates lasting and fundamental change in your life. Ultimately, it's all about what you do with the healing and insights received during the ceremony. Integrating insights and healing through creative therapy. (We work with visualization, symbolism, and drawing.)
Vision Quest in silence to connect your next steps with the path of your heart and your life
A platform for expression. You are invited to let your unique (new) self emerge through words, song, music, and your own creative expression. Stepping into your potential is also about revealing your true self. Emerging as you are in a safe space with women.
Celebration with music and dance: we honor ourselves, each other and our womanhood
Who is the trip developed for?
This three-day initiation journey is for women who are ready to delve deeper. For women who feel, "I don't want to do it alone anymore." For women who want to experience the power of sisterhood. For women who want to remember who they are deep inside and are ready to step into their true potential.
The initiation journey will be experienced differently by every woman. Everyone enters the field with a different theme and unique self. This makes the journey so powerful, because we are all mirrors of one another and can learn, grow, and flourish from each other.
Through rituals, ceremony, and the celebration of our womanhood, we journey from the inside out. The outward journey is equally important, as it's time for us to express our unique voice, scent, and color. In this way, we truly take charge of the path of our heart and soul, and we make the world a little more beautiful :)
You are so welcome.
It is helpful if you already have some experience with inner work such as coaching, therapy, meditation, breathwork or yoga.

Group size: maximum 8 women for in-depth personal guidance
Location: Retreat location 'de Bronhoeve' near Utrecht, surrounded by beautiful nature
Day 1: Friday, November 7th. Day 2: Friday, December 12th. Day 3: Friday, January 9th.
Times: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM*
With the exception of the truffle ceremony day on December 12, which lasts until approximately 7:00 PMProgram: tailored to the energy of the group; minor adjustments possible

Facilitator Karlijn Scheffers
My mission is to guide people to the wisdom of the heart. The world is on fire, and it's more important than ever to reconnect with our own truth, wisdom, and power. Remembering who we are, and from this place, sharing our gift with the world around us.
The medicine has invited me to work with her spirit and I have been doing this for 8 years with great dedication, love and gentleness.

Musical support - emotional support and cooking
Growing up in a musical family, I was able to discover my own sound and musicality from a young age and found it to be a very natural language for me. Moreover, my background and extensive experience as a music therapist have deepened my understanding of the power and therapeutic effect of music. This has led me to develop a deep, intuitive, and rich musical channel over the past 25 years.
My sounds and energy open fields of consciousness for healing, remembrance, and transformation. In this way, I enjoy reconnecting people with their own truth, with their true essence. This is also my motivation.
My voice goes to the core, opens the heart and brings wisdom exactly where it is needed and wants to arise.
I look forward to fueling this journey with my sounds, energy and delicious food.

Upon registration, I'll send you all the information, an intake form, and an invitation for an online intake interview. You're not committed to anything yet. After the intake interview and the initial meeting, you can finally decide whether the initiation journey is the right step for you.
*A medical screening is part of this process due to a contraindication with psilocybin, the active substance in the truffle.
