Welcome to the truffle ceremonies I facilitate at Noay's Ark. During the ceremony, we'll journey through a beautiful retreat nestled in nature. The elements will help you delve deeper into yourself, allowing you to embark on a deeply transformative journey within, from a safe haven.

* Overnight stays at the retreat location are possible after the ceremony for a small additional fee.
This fully guided retreat includes:
1. Preparation & Optional Intake

You will receive a preparation video and have the option for an online intake session.

During the intake, we will get to know each other, explore your background and intentions, and answer any questions you may have.

The intake takes place online via Google Meets.
2. Ceremonial Day

We begin at 11:00 AM with sharing, meditation, and bodywork.

The truffle ceremony will take place approximately from 1:30 PM to 6:30 PM.

We conclude the day with a light, organic meal and group sharing, finishing around 8:30 PM.
I work with the group energy in the moment, so times may vary slightly.
3. Integration Session

A 1.5-hour online integration workshop takes place one week after the ceremony.

Using creative therapy, we explore how to integrate the ceremony into your daily life.

Together, we co-create your new story and anchor your inner experiences.
Facilitators & Location
Karlijn has been facilitating ceremonies for eight years with great passion and dedication. She creates a safe space where everything is allowed to be. This creates space to delve deeper into yourself, to heal, transform, and connect with yourself at the deepest levels. Read more about Karlijn's background and her personal journey here. Jantien de Bood will be present at this ceremony to assist and guide you with breathwork and her music.
Noah's Ark is a beautiful new retreat in Leusden, near Utrecht. You'll be surrounded by natural elements, and the peaceful ambiance of nature will allow you to connect more deeply with yourself.
