Welcome to the truffle ceremonies at Energy Up Estate
In a beautiful yurt, nestled in the tranquil Flevoland countryside, I invite you to embark on an inner journey. Surrounded by the elements of water, earth, fire, and air, we create a safe and supportive space where you can sink into yourself. These elements support you in feeling more deeply, letting go, and transforming. This ceremony is so special because we travel in a small, intimate group of no more than four participants. There is ample opportunity for personal attention and attunement.
The power of intention
Everything is energy. Even the magic truffle carries a specific frequency that resonates with the intention you set for your journey. This intention is often connected to something you're currently struggling with or longing for in your life. Before the ceremony, we take time to place your intention in the "field." During the journey, you will receive exactly what you need at that moment. The experience can resonate on a physical, emotional, mental, and/or spiritual level.
Who is a truffle ceremony suitable for?
For anyone who feels the call from within and opens themselves to deep transformation. You often already have experience with inner work, such as meditation, yoga, breathwork, dance, bodywork, therapy, or coaching. This allows you to know how to carry yourself during an intense experience. A truffle ceremony can be a next, deeper step on your path of awareness and healing.

Energy Up Estate - Zeewolde
Surrounded by water, earth, fire, and air, you'll feel like you're immersed in the Flevo countryside. The ceremony will take place on a beautiful estate in a ceremonial yurt, right by the water. Being surrounded by the elements will make it easier to connect with yourself. Zeewolde is a 30-minute drive from Utrecht and 40 minutes from Amsterdam.
Overnight stay: It's possible to stay overnight at the estate after the ceremony in a tiny house or tipi. An additional cost of approximately €50 per person, depending on the accommodation.

This fully catered course consists of:
Preparation video and optional intake interview . During the intake interview, we'll get to know each other, and I'd love to hear more about your background and intentions. There's also time for questions. The intake interview will be held online via Google Meets.
Ceremonial day . We begin at 11:00 AM with sharing, meditation, and bodywork. The ceremony will take place from approximately 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM. We will end the day with a light organic meal and sharing, wrapping up around 8:00 PM. *I work with the group energy in the moment. Times may vary slightly from the information above.
Integration Session. This 1.5-hour workshop will take place in person and online, one week after the ceremony. We'll use creative therapy to more deeply integrate the ceremony into your daily life. Together, we'll write your new story.
